ResponsibilitiesResponsible for own personal safety at all timesPerform Daily Risk AssessmentsReport Near Misses on a daily basisEnsure that all company policies and procedures are adhered toPerform Pre/Post Trip inspection on all company vehicles/equipment that you use and/or operate daily Adhere to company, state, federal rules and regulations as it pertains to your specific jobAssist in managing and controlling cost as it pertains to mobile equipment and vehicles in the departmentPerform assigned duties safely and efficientlyCommunicate any accidents and/or issues immediately to your supervisorPerform routine preventative maintenance on mobile equipment and vehiclesFuel EquipmentGrease EquipmentOperate Heavey Equipment Other duties as assigned Responsibilities Computer skills and proficient in OutlookAbility to do basic mathKnowledge of DOT and CDL regulationsCDL License with Tanker Endorsement and Hazmat is requiredMust be able to operate heavy equipmentMust be able to work in a fast paced environmentMust be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust possess excellent communication and leadership skillsAble to work independently with attention to detailAble to follow direction and work effectively in a team environmentAble to respond to stressful situations and customers in a professional, courteous mannerAbility to effectively prioritize assignments to meet long-term and short-term deadlinesExcellent organizational skillsAble to use computer, document and communicate findings and effectively respond to questions from customers and the general publicAble to work various times during day, night or weekend hours Education/ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

When hauling certain vehicles, may be required to have hazardous materials and tank endorsements.
